    What to do if you’re worried about yourself or someone you know:

    Every child has the right to be looked after and listened to, so if you’re feeling worried, make sure you speak to a parent or an adult that you trust like your teacher at school. They will listen and try to help.

    If that feels tricky, you can telephone Childline for free on 0800 1111 to talk about anything big or small that you are feeling.

    If you feel in danger, you can call the Police on 999 in the UK.
